Our Services
Industrial Solutions for the following machineries are taken care of by us.
- Water Treatment Plant – Water treatment plant for boiler feed water, industrial water requirement for machineries, process and drinking water plant are designed and installed by us. Quality of water is very necessary for proper running of plant.
- Boiler - Steam Boilers from capacity 200 kilograms per hour to 8000 kilogram per hour. These may be run by oil, coal, rice husk, baggase, fire wood, etc as fuel. Insulation and installation is also included in our service.
- Thermic Fluid Heater - 50000 kilo calorie per hour to 2000000 kilo calorie per hour. Driven by oil, coal, rice husk, baggase, fire wood etc as fuel. We work with automatic burner with high efficiency, maximum safeties and with no explosion hazards.
- Conyerization - All types of converisation including overhead conveyor(Monorail) systems in tea & food processing industries are designed and installed by us as per the requirement of the unit. We design the system to the best possible length and maximum efficiency cost wise.
- Industrial Fan – Fans for withering trough, Exhaust and all other fans in industrial used are installed and run by us. We procure fans or even install fans procured by the units for smooth functioning with maximum output / efficiency.
- Air Heater – Hot air system along with blowers and fan are supplied and installed on site. Heaters installed and insulated to get the maximum output and with minimum loss. We even design the system as per the requirement of the unit.
- Tea machineries – Dryers, Chimneys, Boilers, CTC Machines, Green Tea and Black Tea imported Machines for small tea projects, Conveyor belt, Hot air blowers, Fans, etc are installed and run by our efficient staff. Products of all makes are handled by us at much lower cost than the one quoted by the company.
- Industrial Pipeline – Chemical plants requires pipelines and efficient fluid flow for water, oil or other liquids. We design the most cost effective lines with minimum cost. Pipelines of food, tea and other industries are done at minimum cost .
- Insulation Work – Hot or cold system are maintained, and insulated by us. Starting from material to running of the unit. Insulating materials are procured by us if required. One can also procure themselves and inform us to complete the work.
- Burners – Oil, air or similar types of burners used in Tea and other industries Industries. Spares, maintenance and annual maintenance are also covered by us. Burner spares, maintenance and other details are taught by us to the staff present.

- Installation - Establishing a successful project operation in the shortest possible time is essential to today's business, we are known for on-time delivery. We will accept responsibility for total plant erection, if desired, or we can supply site erection supervision for your contractor. Our own engineers will be present during the commissioning phase to assure a successful startup and assist in optimizing operations and attaining maximum product quality.
